Whether your goals are related to how you feel, or how you look, or to improve your strength, power, agility, mobility, balance, & posture, or a combination of some or all of the above, I make sure your personal training sessions cater towards your specific goals.

I place a healthy emphasis on functionality, overall well being, & quality of life.

Alongside the physical benefits of exercise, I integrate movements to work on the mental aspects of exercise through the use of movements that help with reinforcing good posture, improving coordination, enhancing balance, strengthening the core muscles, & encourage mindful breathing. 

Personal training sessions with me are challenging, rewarding, & enjoyable. 

 

Nutrition

I offer bespoke nutrition guidance that focuses on the individual's dietary needs & preferences. I look at what you're eating, why you eat what you eat, & the type of strategies that are appropriate for you to begin working towards making the changes needed to balance your food habits.

My approach places a strong emphasis on nutrient dense foods.

A healthy lifestyle combined with a diet containing plenty of nutrient dense foods that are high in vitamins, minerals, & fibre, alongside a balanced intake of protein, carbohydrates, & healthy fats will allow you to receive the full physical, mental, & spiritual benefits from your diet, physical performance & overall lifestyle.

Boxing

I teach Boxing & Muay Thai Kickboxing. I have a vast amount of experience ranging from working with complete novices all the way through to competitive fighters. If you've never hit the pads before, I will work with you on building your skills & technique. If you have plenty of experience, I will sharpen & refine your abilities.

Hitting the pads is, if not the best, certainly one the very best ways of improving your all round fitness.

You will feel the benefits in numerous ways by improving your power, speed, endurance, balance & coordination, whilst also toning the whole body & enhancing your cognitive function.

Lastly, it is a fantastic way of relieving stress!
