"I first met Dan for a routine gym induction over 10 years ago. That long history in itself says a lot about his abilities to understand his clients & to guide them on their individual fitness journey.
Back then I just wanted to be fitter, but as I became fitter I needed something more - a series of personal challenges working on improving my strength, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, & age related mobility.
I have changed both physically & mentally over the past years & Dan has supported my training needs. He is knowledgeable, empathic, kind, & above all professional. He makes a thorough assessment of your starting fitness & personal goals & puts together a training plan.
